Boren Oliver & Coffey LLP Law Firm was founded in 1981 by John Boren and Stephen Oliver.

Dale Coffey joined the firm in 1999. John, Dale and Steve have over 75 years of combined legal experience in servicing the needs of clients in Morgan and surrounding counties throughout central Indiana. John and Steve concentrate their focus in the areas of Personal Injury and Accidents, Medical Malpractice, and Criminal Law, while Dale practices in the areas of Estate Planning, Probate, Business Planning, Real Estate, Zoning, and Family Law.

Our firm is located on the East side of the Courthouse Square in Martinsville, Indiana. We provide easy access and are readily available for free face to face consultations concerning your case.

In addition to our attorneys, our firm has a competent staff of law clerks, paralegal and legal secretaries to assist in the handling of your case. Our paralegal has successfully completed the Paralegal Advanced Competency Exam and is a Nationally Registered Paralegal. We provide close, personal attention to each client during the duration of your case. Unlike larger firms, where your case often becomes a number, we will personally oversee your case on an individual basis, with frequent contacts with Mr. Boren, Mr. Oliver and Mr. Coffey.
