Planning and Zoning

Boren Oliver & Coffey also offers representation to clients in the area of planning and zoning.  Dale Coffey, is former attorney for the Morgan County Plan Commission, and, has represented clients before the Morgan County Plan Commission, Morgan County Board of Zoning Appeals, Mooresville Town Planning Commission, and both the Martinsville City Planning Commission and Martinsville City Board of Zoning Appeals.  We offer representation to clients who are seeking rezoning, or a variance, as well as representation to clients wishing to voice a remonstrance.
